Alongside the commissioned work, I write and direct my own films. A few of them:

Twenty-five years in film and television — and I still cut every frame like it matters.
I'm Joe Zito. I started on set as a production assistant, then through the 1990s as a boom operator on more than thirty features, including James Toback's Two Girls and a Guy, Troma's Tromeo and Juliet, and Journey to the Sun, a Peace Prize winner at the Berlin Film Festival.
In 1998 I moved into post. I've worked on commercials for ESPN, Coca-Cola, McDonald's and the X-Games, music videos for Green Day, Ricky Martin and the Dixie Chicks, and features including Spike Lee's Bamboozled, Junebug, and Speak with Kristen Stewart — plus spots for Visa and segments for the NFL, A&E and History Channel.
In 2008 I founded 90th Street Productions, where I work as a creative editor and producer on shows, segments and promos for CBS Sports, the NFL, Sony Pictures, Warner Bros., Sesame Street, Syfy, Discovery and Nickelodeon — most recently the Paramount+ documentary series The Billion Dollar Goal and Pulisic.
And when I get a break from the timeline, I make shorts, write songs and screenplays, and create web games.
I currently have two feature films and a TV pilot in development.
Between projects, I build fun games.
Word puzzles, number puzzles with daily challenges and a couple of old school style arcade games. Some originals and some takes on the classics.
